While logged in to myfreshdelmonte.com, click My Account in the upper right corner of the screen Select Privacy Settings Scroll down to Delete Account section, then select the checkbox next to I understand and I want to delete my account in the top right corner Type in your current password Select Proceed to confirm deletion of account
You can pay online with your credit card by adding money to your wallet.

If you are not happy with your delivered products, you can return them at the time of delivery. Refunds will be done only by the original form of payment. Please note that perishable food items cannot be returned. Refunds or replacements will only be issued by the Company if the perishable item does not match the order or the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective item or a perishable item does not match what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team at email@example.com, our chat option at www.myfreshdelmonte.com, or at our toll free number at 833-82 FRESH (833-82-37374) with the following information:
- Order number for the item
- Date of arrival
- Condition of item at time of arrival
- Photograph of damaged or defective item
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Whether you prefer a refund or replacement
If the perishable item(s) does not match the order placed or the item is defective or damaged, Customer may either: (1) have a replacement sent at no additional charge; or (2) have all transaction-related charges, including product charges, sales taxes (if any), and shipping and delivery charges credited to the account or wallet on file for the order; or (3) receive a refund of all transaction-related charges, including product charges, sales taxes (if any), and shipping and delivery charges, which will be issued to the bank card or the account of any other payment method originally used to place the order. Except for defective, damaged or non-matching orders, no refunds for perishable items will be issued by the Company.
Search for the products you’d like to order by using the search bar at the top or browse the store by categories like you would in person Once you’ve found the produce you’d like to buy, select the + icon to add it to your cart if you are on the categories page or select Add if you are on the individual product page When you are done shopping, select the Shopping Cart in the top right corner and then select Checkout If you haven’t set up an account already, you will be prompted to create one. Alternatively, if you have an account you will be prompted to login if you haven’t already You will then need to verify your delivery address, delivery date & time, and payment information
Only minimum orders of $30 and more will be fulfilled.
You can add/remove items until you receive the order confirmation email which is generally within 30 minutes of placing your order. Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipping.
We recognize that right now during these difficult times, you might not want to go to the store to do your produce shopping. So, now we’re bringing our freshest fruits and veggies right to your doorstep with our new grocery delivery services.
If you place your order before 11AM, it will be delivered on the same day, depending on the slot availability. However, any order placed after 11AM will be delivered automatically as of the next day.
We currently only deliver in the Dallas & Ft. Worth communities, but we hope to be serving more areas in the near future. You can check to see if we deliver in your area by entering your zip code in the Delivery to bar in the top right corner on myfreshdelmonte.com.
All orders will incur a $9 delivery charge.

You can advise the driver to do so. But please bear in mind that our products are fresh and may spoil if left for long.
After we receive your order, we will confirm the availability and you will be charged as per the latest order confirmation. If you were charged for the missing items, please contact us to rectify the amount.
Most of our product are made-to-order and prepared on the same day of delivery so you can count on getting the freshest produce every time.

Quality is our main priority and we aim to only pick the best produce each and every order, which is why each shopping bag is inspected by our Quality Assurance Team before it gets sent out. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason with the quality and freshness, please contact us and we will replace or refund your order.
We care about the health of our customers and team members and have implemented COVID-19 protocols for our production facility and delivery operations on top of our regular cleaning procedures. We are focused now more than ever on maintaining our uninterrupted supply chain, to keep our fresh fruits and vegetables – safe, ready and available from our farms to your table. Our production facilities have increased social distancing, and we have taken steps to reduce the number of team members in our farm locations, packing houses, port operations and production facilities. In addition to our strict good manufacturing policies, we have increased our cleaning cycles in our facilities to protect against pathogen cross-contamination and worker-to-worker spread. These include our monitored handwashing practices and sanitization requirements, including that any employee showing signs of illness is immediately segregated from the workforce and monitored before being allowed to return.
