Cancellations & Refunds

Shipping:

Only minimum orders of $30 and more will be fulfilled. Once an order is received by Company, in-stock items will ship via Fresh Del Monte (or any other carrier) within 1 day. Typical transit time is expected to be the same assuming order is placed prior to 11:00 AM, or the following day if the order is placed after 11:00 AM. If an item is out of stock or unable to be shipped within 1 day, the Customer will be notified by email if Customer provides Company with an email address on the Company’s website. Shipping charges, delivery charges, taxes, and the cost of goods sold will be charged to the Customer’s selected method of payment at the time of purchase.

Cancellations/Returns/Exchanges/ Refunds

Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipping.

Non-Perishable Food and Other Items

Non-perishable food or items may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt. To return a non-perishable item please contact our Customer Care Representative at customerservice-us@myfreshdelmonte.com, our chat option at www.myfreshdelmonte.com, or at our toll-free number at 833-82 FRESH (833-82-37374) with the following information:

  • Order number for the item
  • Date of arrival
  • Indicate why you are returning the non-perishable item
  • Condition of item at the time of arrival
  • Photograph of the damaged or defective item
  • A detailed explanation of the issue
  • Whether you prefer a refund or replacement
  • Please provide an email address or daytime telephone number in case we have any questions.

Shipping and delivery costs will be refunded only if the item does not match the order or the item is defective or damaged.

Perishable Food

Perishable food items cannot be returned. Refunds or replacements will only be issued by the Company if the perishable item does not match the order or the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective item or a perishable item does not match what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Representative at customerservice-us@myfreshdelmonte.com, our chat option at www.myfreshdelmonte.com, or at our toll-free number at 833-82 FRESH (833-82-37374) with the following information:

  • Order number for the item
  • Date of arrival
  • Condition of item at the time of arrival
  • Photograph of the damaged or defective item
  • A detailed explanation of the issue
  • Whether you prefer a refund or replacement

If the perishable item(s) does not match the order placed or the item is defective or damaged, Customer may either: (1) have a replacement sent at no additional charge; or (2) have all transaction-related charges, including product charges, sales taxes (if any), and shipping and delivery charges credited to the account or wallet on file for the order; or (3) receive a refund of all transaction-related charges, including product charges, sales taxes (if any), and shipping and delivery charges, which will be issued to the bank card or the account of any other payment method originally used to place the order. Except for defective, damaged, or non-matching orders, no refunds for perishable items will be issued by the Company.
